OverviewPlacement Type:TemporarySalary:$51.08 to $56.76Start Date:01.14.2025Our regional banking client is looking to bring on a hybrid, contract SharePoint Coordinator to help support a migration project starting Jan 15th 2025:This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) based out of Glen Allen, Virginia:Flex Arrangement Code: Hybrid ResidentHybrid Resident Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayStandard CW Schedule: Monday - Friday: - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 30 minute lunchHardware Type: LaptopLocation: Glen Allen Virginia 23060*a background check must be completed/cleared prior to starting this assignment*Share Point Coordinator -Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communications Manager, this position is responsible for managing and executing the enterprise-wide platform migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, working across the LOBs to audit and migrate content as well as training content owners on editorial standards and content management best practices.Position Accountabilities =Internal Communications:Communicate with content owners their migration timeline, expectations and action itemsWork with stakeholders to best use the SharePoint Online template to achieve all content needsWork with the corporate communications team to update the business on the progress and expectations of the SharePoint Online migrationTraining:Work with LOBs to identify their enterprise content needs and page contributorsWork with our Tech teams to create and disseminate SharePoint Online content management trainings including content types, permissions and best practicesServe as the point of contact for LOBs as they audit and migrate contentServe as a consultant for LOBs on how to best use SharePoint Online functionalitiesOrganizational Relationship:This assignment reports to the Assistant Vice President, Manager of Corporate Communications.Position Qualifications:* Knowledge and skills* Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proof reading and speaking* Must have a working knowledge of generally accepted business practices for enterprise content management* Prior experience working with SharePoint Online preferred* Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details* Flexible, able to adapt to changeThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.08 to $56.76 an hour.
