**Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutter, folder, and press brake machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and job order specifications.
Ensure machines are properly set up and calibrated for each production run.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections of produced parts using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Train and mentor entry-level machine operators on machine operation and best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
**Requirements:
**
A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as technical training or certification in machine operation, is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating CNC laser cutter machines, folder machines, and/or press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
