We pride ourselves on delivering quality workmanship and reliable staffing solutions to our clients.**Responsibilities:**- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment.- Operate and maintain various sheet metal machinery such as shears, brakes, punches, and drills.- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and product specifications to determine the sequence of operations and dimensions of finished products.- Measure, cut, bend, and form metal components to required specifications.- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and other metal structures.- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects efficiently.- Troubleshoot and repair sheet metal-related issues as they arise.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a sheet metal mechanic or similar role.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to sheet metal work.- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions and heights.- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.**Additional Information:**- This position is for local candidates only.
