If this work environment sounds good to you, APPLY TODAY!We are looking for a sheetmetal fabricator to join our team.Our sheet metal shop provides the duct work for both our residential new construction and retrofit projects.There is potential for a manager in training opportunity for the right candidate!This is permanent position offering great location, hours 6am-2:30pm M-F, and full benefitsJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeJob Purpose:Fabricates components by analyzing requirements; collecting materials; operating equipment.Duties:* Develops sheet metal projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assembly; calculating requirements; determining appropriate methods; sketching layout.* Collects materials by studying specifications and component requirements; ordering supplies.* Fabricates components by using equipment to cut, form, and fasten pieces.* Verifies results by inspecting and testing components.* Documents actions by completing records.* Maintains safe work environment by following and procedures; complying with legal regulations.* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.* Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Welding and Fabrication, Supply Management, Analyzing Information , Basic Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Power Tools, Documentation Skills, General Math Skills, Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Thoroughness
