Role Description

Dynamic leader needed to inspire staff and empower survivors. This is a full-time on-site role for a Shelter Manager at Brighter Tomorrows, Inc. located in Suffolk County, NY. The Shelter Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents, managing staff, coordinating services, and collaborating with community partners.
