We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of learning opportunities, room for advancement, and flexible scheduling options.Working at Crumbl is the perfect place for people who like to try new things and to make other customers happy.Shift Lead Position Summary:After training on all operational stations and our data-oriented approach to managing the overall store operations, youll be leading shifts of 2-8 other team members, managing mix plans, solving customer issues, and managing store openings and/or closings. Youll have access to constant communication with managers and Crumbls support team via our internal apps.Responsibilities Following Training Period:
- Perform as Manager on Duty during scheduled on-floor shifts in charge of all operations and as front line in resolving customer service issues and tasking / managing Team Members to their assigned roles
- Monitor and ensure all shifts operate within acceptable Crumbl operational goals
- Mentor and train team members on The Crumbl Way
- Manage dough production and baking schedules as assigned
- Complete required store Opening & Closing procedures when scheduled
- Participate with full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in QSR environment
- At least 18 years old (required to operate some of our kitchen equipment)
- Available for at least 3 Friday or Saturday shifts per month (we're closed Sundays)
- Available to open or close store at least 2 days per week (see hours below)
- Completion of Food Handlers certificate within 1 week of hire
- Comfortable using phone Apps and digital checklists
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum:
- This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $xx.xx per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate. (Tip sharing = All tips collected are evenly distributed among hourly workers based total non-training hours worked in-store each week. If that total does not equal at least $3.00/ hr, we make up the difference in hourly base pay for the week).
- Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when they go over the minimum guarantee per hour, you earn that too
- The minimum guaranteed tip amount is subject to change every calendar quarter
Shift Descriptions:
- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m, Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 11 p.m., We are closed on Sundays!
- Opening or Closing shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. if you are also scheduled as a Mixer, or 7:00 a.m. if scheduled as the opening Shift Lead.
- Closings are typically able to be completed within 20 minutes of closing time (You will never be scheduled to close alone.)
