Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations during designated shifts.
  • Supervise employees and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Create shift schedules and manage employee tasks.
  • Handle cash and report any issues to management.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coach team members and train new staff.
  • Handle customer issues and employee disputes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality control in the kitchen.
  • Requirements

  • Genuinely nice attitude and fast, friendly work ethic.
  • Business savvy (Labor, Cost of Goods, P&L).
  • Food and Facilities Safety Compliance.
  • Previous leadership experience in quick service restaurants.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Passion for the food service industry.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Confident problem-solver and team player.
  • Anticipated Hours

    Days: Monday through Saturday

    Weekly hours: up to 40

    Shifts to potentially be available (for): Morning, day, and night

    Pay

    $17-$20 (includes hourly salary + tip)

  • Experience

    At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred)

    Certifications

    Valid Driver's License (Required)

    ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (Preferred, but if you do not have it, will pay for certification)

    Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift packages between 10-55 lbs
  • Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
  • Climb a ladder
  • Corporate Uniform

    Crumbl shirts and hat (required to be worn at each shift) will be provided. Black pants and black sneakers are required. No jewelry.

    Software (knowledge preferred but not required, will train)

  • Proprietary software (Crumbl platform)

  • Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of all operational aspects.
  • Training all roles including bakers, shift leads, and delivery drivers.
  • Knowing your team well enough to identify employees who may want further training to advance to the next level/role.
  • Creating work schedules and addressing any schedule gaps.
  • Tracking sales and calculating healthy labor costs.
  • Sharing and enforcing state and corporate policies and rules.
  • Addressing and documenting any employee disputes and infractions.
  • Interacting with customers and resolving any service issues.
  • Stepping into various roles when the store needs help such as baker, delivery, restocking.
