Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers and resolving issues.Responsible for holding store keys and assisting with warehouse and vendor ordering processes.Registers all related sales on assigned cash register and assists in reviewing order exceptions.Maintains accurate inventory counts and assists with pricing tasks and compliance.Assists with bookkeeping activities and maintains store condition and appearance.Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.Training & Personal Development:
Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.Communications:
Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members.Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.Job ID: 1481455BR
