Jersey Mike's is actively looking for Shift Leads! Starting rate is at $16/hr with a potential average tip of $4-$6/hr!

We are serious about providing a friendly atmosphere for our customers as well as a friendly/productive work environment for our team. We provide flexible hours, and we work around your schedule - weekday and weekend shifts available!

This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, national brand. You will be expected to provide guidance to Crew Members, help the Assistant Manager and Manager when needed, and assist customers with their orders as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Take pride in your work
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• 1 year of restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position
• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
