Roles & Responsibilities:
Condado Shift Leaders support the restaurant management team in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy team members and delegate tasks so that team members can create and maintain a great guest experience.
- Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement, and fosters a positive work environment.
- Supports Restaurant Leadership in supervising aspects of the guest experience, positive and clean service ready work environment.
- Supports the Restaurant Leadership in training team members, directing shift work responsibilities, and supporting performance feedback through leadership.
- Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing, set and proper closing/opening responsibilities of hourly team for service readiness.
- Maintains hands-on knowledge of all restaurant roles and steps in regularly to perform various responsibilities as business needs dictate.

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
- Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting but rarely fine hand manipulation.
- Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
- Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-35 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 36-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
