We are looking for experienced leaders in the restaurant industry to join our 306 BBQ team! We seek someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural people-person with an eye for details and an ability to lead a team. You will join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure existing staff and newly hired employees follow restaurant procedures and comply with company policies

Maintain safety and food quality standards

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant and ensure staff does the same with their designated areas

Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

Interact with guests to maintain a positive dining experience and get feedback on product quality

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years in hospitality work (2 of which at one entity)

Minimum 1 year in a leadership/management role a plus

Ability to control operational costs and identify ways to cut labor and/or waste

Ability to recruit professional and hard-working team members

Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently

Must be available to work weekends, morning, and evening shifts
