Shift Leader/Manager

The right candidate is a friendly and enthusiastic go-getter who assists the General Manager with day-to-day operational tasks such as opening/closing the coffee shop, general cleaning and re-stocking, inventory management, performing all duties outlined in the Inspired Barista, Cashier, and Host/Hostess job descriptions, working cohesively with trainees on their vocational development and personal growth, collaborating with the Occupational Training Director as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership during scheduled shifts
• Perform store opening and closing duties
• Ensure all checklists, operating procedures, policies and procedures are followed
• Serve as backup support for staff scheduling
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with working with vendors and ordering product
• Maintain proficiency in the key training positions of barista, host, and cashier
• Patiently work with and support trainees as they work towards their personal and professional goals.
• Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• On-the-job training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
