Job Description:The Shift Lead will play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and experience in the food service industry, preferably in a similar take-out or pizza environment.

Promotion Opportunities:Those who consistently show excellent performance will be promoted. We'll be opening a new store in a few months, and hope to promote from within at that time.

Duties:

• Take customer orders and process payments using Toast POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Upsell additional items to customers to increase sales.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food establishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic math for handling cash transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
