Shift Manager

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and assessment)

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Management (Required)

License/Certification:

• ServSafe (Required)

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift
• Training, coaching, and developing Team Members
• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality
• Executing administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or University degree preferred
