The shift lead position is someone who works front of house, at the bar, on register, closing or opening the front of the restaurant. Tasks include counting drawers, stocking beer fridges, taking down chairs, closing the registers at night, and cleaning and maintaining the bar and front/dining area.

Being able to incorporate service and hospitality is important for this position. You will be the first and the last person our guests interact with.
The type of person that is best for this position is someone who can work well in both fast and slow paces, works well alone and with others, and can see things that need to be done and does it. This position leads to promotions in leadership, such as management. The ability to have a flexible schedule and be available on weekends is required. The position does include a little bartending; 21 bartending experience is not required but is helpful.
