You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.Responsibilities:Ensure existing staff and newly hired employees follow restaurant procedures and comply with company policiesMaintain safety and food quality standardsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of restaurant and ensuring staff does the same with their designated areasSupervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operationsInteract with guests to maintain a positive dining experience and get feedback on product qualityQualifications:Minimum of 4 years in hospitality work (2 of which at one entity)Minimum 1 year in a leadership/management role a plusAbility to control operational costs and identify ways to cut labor and/or wasteAbility to recruit professional and hard working team membersMust have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanorAbility to multitask efficientlyMust be available to work weekends, morning, and evening shifts
