What You'll Do:- Deliver exceptional customer service that turns every visit into a memorable experience
- Oversee store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing duties
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
- Prepare quality beverages and food products to Black Rifle Coffee Company's high standards
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Manage staff schedules for breaks and meals efficiently, ensuring smooth operations
- Respond proactively to customer needs and address any concerns, escalating issues to store management when necessary
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred)
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cash handling, safety, and security
- Proven track record of coaching and developing others
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
