Shift Managers must take ownership, solve problems, provide help and guidance to others, demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, exhibit a professional manner, give clear instructions, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions.

- Must be 18 years or older.
- One-year Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements.
- Basic math & reading skills.
- Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
