Dairy Queen - Immediate Shift Lead Position

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, required
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices

Functions:

• Oversee entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Ensure crew are trained on all PRIDE systems, product recipes, and safety practices
• Assist with developing strategies to increase average meal checks and frequency of customer visits
• Establish and maintain high standards for fan service and handle customer concerns effectively
• Coach and develop crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team

Responsibilities:

• Perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant
• Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work around allergens and other food products
• Other duties as requested by the General Manager
