RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently checking products to ensure consistency and quality
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
- Receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure company standards
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
- Maintain food and equipment inventories
- Train new employees and evaluate employee performances
- Cash register counts
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records
REQUIREMENTS
- Must at least be over the age of 18
- Previous managerial experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Communication and active listening skills
- Ability to lead a shift with anywhere between 2-6 team members
- Ability to work at least 20+ hours weekly
- Must have working Smart Phone
