Job Description
The Shift Lead I is responsible for serving as a functional subject matter expert and peer leader to assigned area on the production floor. The Shift Lead I should display functional knowledge of forklift operations, pallet repair, or sort operations. This employee supports Shift Lead II and Operations Supervisor (s) in ensuring teams deliver superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality, and cost. Specific responsibilities include assists with directing the work of forklift, sort, and designated repair table (s).
