You take action to make a positive difference every day, and you inspire others to do the same.Schedule : We are currently seeking part-time and full-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.Pay:$19.50 + credit card and cash tipsEssential FunctionsAssists management in monitoring day-to-day activities of team members.Assigns responsibilities to team members before and throughout the shift.Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think/act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Supports Store Manager in ordering, scheduling, payroll, and accounting.Takes and fills customer orders, providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products that meet all recipe and presentation standards.Drives for result with ongoing promotions and achieving store goals.Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift.Ensures the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store (wipes tables, sweeps floors, throws garbage away, and straightens out tables, maintains cleanliness in public restrooms: clean mirror and sink, sweep, stock soap, hand towels, and toilet paper).Knows when to escalate situations for management intervention.Completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs.Experience and SkillsMinimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.2+ years of previous restaurant/hospitality/coffee experience is strongly preferred.A passion for the mission, vision, and values of Sherman Associates.Schedule may vary due to the specific needs of the store.Job BenefitsBenefitsSherman Associates strives to lead the market in the benefits we offer.
