Jersey Mike's Canton is looking for a fun and fast paced individual to join our team!We offer competitive wages with tips, and numerous paths for advancement in pay, position, and leadership experience.As a shift leader, you can expect to start out at $13.00/hr (with applicable experience) and can quickly advance to $14.00 with our online learning modules and in person slicer training incentive plan. You can count on an additional $2.50+/hr with tips added into your bi-weekly paycheck.We are looking for someone who* Has an optimistic attitude and can problem solve* Is motivated to be in a team environment* Has prior customer service experience (any leadership experience is a plus)* Can multitask and prioritize tasks* Can communicate effectively and is punctual* Wants free subsWe have full-time and part-time hours available and are willing to work with a flexible schedule.
