Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a shift leader to join our team in Salina. As a shift leader, you will assist in managing daily operations, overseeing crew members, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• 1-2 years restaurant experience
• Full-time availability
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Leadership: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Cooking fresh burgers and fries to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Providing excellent guest service
• Supporting and training crew members
• Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
