We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during designated shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts

Ensure efficient and smooth operations in the restaurant

Train new team members on company policies and procedures

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Monitor food production to meet quality standards

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

Skills:

Proficiency in food production and kitchen management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in bartending and banquet service is a plus

Knowledge of inventory control and management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as quick-service or fine dining restaurants

Exceptional customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
