Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily shift operationsEnsure efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shiftsTrain, mentor, and coach team membersOversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are metHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyExperienceRequired:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, such as Assistant Manager or Shift LeaderStrong knowledge of inventory control proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-have:
Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industryExperience in interviewing and training staff membersCooking skills or familiarity with kitchen operationsJob Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
