Salsa Fresca is a destination for simple, delicious, Mexican Food. We are locally owned and operated and are building something special. We are a rapidly growing fast-casual Mexican concept located in Westchester, Putnam, and CT, with more locations in development. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, happy, and positive team players who have a passion for quality food in a fun environment and want to be part of a rapidly growing concept!

This full-time position requires a 35-40 hour work week and open availability, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Make eye contact and share a smile immediately with all guests who enter the restaurant.

Speak with great enthusiasm with our employees and our guests.

Stay connected with their team and our guests for their entire stay.

Assist high needs guests as needed.

Perform table touches to all dine-in guests shortly after their meal starts.

Ensure all tables are cleaned within 2 minutes of guests leaving and that the dining room is clean and tidy at all times.

Create encouraging circumstances for co-workers.

This role will be very important as we grow and look to create a memorable experience for our guests and employees.
