We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during designated shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team members during shiftsEnsure efficient and smooth operations in the restaurantTrain new team members on company policies and proceduresAssist in inventory management and ordering suppliesHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization in the work areaMonitor food production to meet quality standardsCollaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performanceSkills:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
