Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily shift operations, including assigning tasks and overseeing team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe working and dining environment.
• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders to meet supply demands while minimizing waste.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner to uphold customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service or restaurant management
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to lead and manage a team

Compensation

$16 - $19 hourly
