Our relaxed Tuscan ambiance is warm and welcoming – and we welcome you to bring your Leadership skills to Firo Fire Kissed Pizza!Shift Leader Position Summary:Our Shift Leaders are responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. They ensure that each visit by a guest will result in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Leaders also have a part in managing key aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and to create a positive customer experience.Responsibilities:Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations regarding friendly, quick and accurate service.Helps management to build the team's understanding and commitment to guest service standards.Provides guests a “brand right” environment in which to place their orders, receive their food and dine inside the restaurant.Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.Provides guest satisfaction by assisting and resolving all complaints in person or by phone.Ensures that all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.Supports the management team in Instructing, training, coaching and developing the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goalsWorks to maximize sales and profits within the restaurantResponsible for all cash controls and enforcement of Company policiesIf required, is responsible for ordering, accounting and maintenance of all food and paper inventoriesAssures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurantJoin Firo Fire Kissed Pizza in a Management Position – Apply Today!
