SummaryThe Shift Leader position is responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, is responsible for the efficient expedition of all customer service transactions as well as ensuring customer satisfaction at the food service and drive thru areas, including proper control of all cash transactions.Location * Stream Valley Travel Plaza 169 Route 14 Hwy. Trout Run, PA 17771 *2 Shift Leaders NeededShifts Available:Day Hours: 5am-2pmEvening Hours: 2pm-10pm*Paid training available **Essential Functions *Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly enviornment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and operational policies of customer service.2.Responsible for assisting in training of new sales associates ans cross-training other sales associates.Ensures complaince of company policies, procedures and practices: and supports Company loss prevention efforts.4.Oversees the productivity, breaks and shift duties of all sales associates and communicates performance issues to management.5.Assists in providing customer service, foodservice preparation, merchandise stocking, housekeeping, displya maintenance and replenishing merchandise stocking, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.6.Responsible for directing the staff, in the absence of the management team, to ensure all shift duties are completed to company standards.CompetenciesCustomer Service FocusComunication ProficiencyTeamworkProblem Solving/AnalysisEthical ConductOrganizational SkillsServeSafe Certificate*Supervisory Responsibility *This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the stroe management team. Shift Leaders are to lead the team by exhibiting outstanding work ethics and drive.*Physical Demands *The physical demands are described in the duty evaluation form. While performing the duties of this job, the shift leader is regularly to talk and listen. This position is very active and requires stadning, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing through the duration of the shift.Position Type/ Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
