Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service2. Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the crew3. Communication with the crew in an efficient and proper manner4. Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems5. Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak andpeak hours of business6. Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above7. Being full aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritechare conducted8. Cash management/handling9.
