Shift LeaderWe have a part-time/full-time opening for Shift Leaders. Papa John's Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability.Requirements:* Must be 18 years or older* Must have reliable transportation* Must be able to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidays,* Must be able to work in our fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.* You must be able to lead a team of 8 up to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care of.* Must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team.Responsibilities:* Management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.* Must be able to work long hours, which is likely to include nights, weekends, and holidays.* Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results.* Cash management skills.* High School diploma or GED.Starting Pay: $13 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCEBenefits:* Food Discounts* Referral program (Up to $150 per referral!)* Career opportunities* Development opportunities* Cash Management* Effective Communication* Planning & Organaization
