Shift Manager:

Shift Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.
- Excellent leaders with exceptional people skills.
- People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team members, using great communication skills.
- Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and team members and strives to share their skills with others.
- Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.
- Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
- Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.
- Connects with the community & establishes partnerships that grow our brand.

Shift Manager Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
