We operate multiple locations in Minnesota with plans to develop more.As Shift Leader, you are responsible for overseeing in-store operations and coaching crew members throughout your shift. You will set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes, and providing timely feedback. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively.Team EnvironmentManage employees throughout each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful mannerDeploy team members appropriately to meet customers' needs and service standards throughout shiftCommunicate shift priorities, goals and results with team membersSupport training as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager(s)Arrive in a timely manner to be ready in position at the start of scheduled shiftOperational ExcellenceRole model exceptional customer serviceDrive sense of urgency through crew members to satisfy customer needs and execute daily operationsReinforce the use of systems, tools and procedures throughout shift, while taking appropriate steps to correct deficienciesMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state lawsMonitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout shiftComplete all required trainingSkills & ExperienceExperience as a Shift Manager or similar roleKnowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulationsCommitment to excellent serviceWorking well within a teamLeadership skills and ability to make decisions fastStrong problem-solving aptitudeAbility to stand for long periodsHigh school diploma & QSR/restaurant experience is preferredINDSLPSL
