Shift Leaders at our travel centers are responsible for supervising employees and ensuring smooth general operations of the store. The ideal candidate for this position would possess exceptional customer service skills and be self-motivated to maintain a customer-focused culture. In addition to overseeing the team, this role involves assisting managers in executing tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. Candidates should have previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations, proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment, and the ability to work as part of a team. A flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, is required.
