Job Summary:The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team to ensure that all industrial machinery and equipment are in excellent working condition. - Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

- Conduct safety training for maintenance staff.

- Inventory and Budget Management:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
