Job Description:
**Overview**Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.**Responsibilities**Job Duties:+ Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate+ May carry out all openingand closing procedures in the absences of store management+ May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management+ May represent management in resolving customer service issues+ Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs+ Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications**Education:+ Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED+ Preferred: AS Degree or HigherExperience:+ Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related positionSpecial Conditions of Employment:+ Drug test+ Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring+ Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position**Compensation:**$16.00-$17.36 per hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.Connect With Us!
