Current Team Members who demonstrate potential leadership characteristics may be selected by exempt management for the Shift Supervisor position. Under the direct supervision of exempt management, Shift Supervisors are introduced to various management responsibilities with the potential goal of sufficient leadership growth to support promotion to a management position.
