The place of performance is at the Air National Guard in Boise, ID which is located at 3787 W Aeronca St, Boise, ID 83705, United States.
Duties: - Accomplishes the company objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes at the Air National Guard.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Conducts training.
- Implements and enforces Military policies, and procedures.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment at the Air National Guard
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Step in to help performing duties as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience in leading a team of more than 4 people.
- High School degree
- Has military knowledge, preferably a veteran.
