About the Company:

Very successful company that has over 5,000 employees and multiple manufacturing locations has an excellent opportunity available for a Production Superintendent.

About the Role:

This is a night shift position working a 2, 2, 3 schedule and 12 hour days. This position is responsible for the injection molding department including production, processing, safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production processes
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have prior experience in production supervision. Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred. SAP, Excel and Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
