ROP has built its reputation on running life-changing educational treatment programs that positively contribute to the community.What you'll do:The A-Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local Licensing requirements. This is a salaried management position. You will have full and direct supervision of a team of full-time employees and will be scheduled Sunday through Tuesday 7am -8pm and every other Wednesday 7am-8pm.To be considered, you should:+ Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.+ Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years' experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
