Full Time Whistling Kettle-Ballston Spa
Seeking a qualified individual for our front of house supervisor / shift leader position. This is a hands on position - supervisors will work active positions such as greeter, barista, counter sales. Supervisors are paid an hourly rate plus part of the tip pool.
Supervisor responsibilities include:
* Maintaining physical store appearance (keeping area clean and well organized)
* Maintaining inventory and supplies needed
* Delegating all the required job duties to staff and ensure they are following our procedures and systems
* Training new team members
* Opening / Closing store
* Working with home store manager to ensure a smooth running operation
Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications:
* Retail / Restaurant experience preferred
* Supervisory experience a plus
* Familiarity with office, e-mail and willingness to learn our systems
* Weekend availability a must
