Impact: Shift Utility Operator- Operator is expected to be flexible with assignments to accommodate the needs of the shift by being qualified to work in many different hourly positions on a daily or weekly basis, as need dictates. Operator would be trained to work the following positions: Mixer, Coater Operator, Extruder Operator, Slitting Operator, Winding Operator or Material Handler. Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined continuous improvement framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action. Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift. 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday- 11:30 pm - 8:00 am Pay: $24.58/hr to start plus $1.00 shift premium ($.75 increase in hourly rate after 6 months) Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.
