The individual will represent the company in matters of NSMV construction oversight and verification, which may include installation and testing of the following disciplines:* Steel Hull Structures, Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)* Surface Preparation and Coating* Piping Systems* Electrical Cable and Equipment* Propulsion and Auxiliary Machinery/Systems* Fire/Lifesaving Systems and Equipment* Deck Equipment* Accommodation Area Outfitting and Systems* Dock and Sea Trial Operational TestingShipbuilding Cross Functional Inspector Position Requirements* 3+ years of related experience in new construction shipbuilding.* Ability to read and interpret ship construction drawings* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs* Ability to work independently and under limited supervision.#LI-Onsiteby Jobble
