As a result of this growth we are expanding our team and we have 2 new opportunities for a Shipping Associate and a Production Associate to join our Jefferson, Ohio location, on day shift; Monday thru Friday. No experience needed, come make your next career move and join our team! SHIPPING ASSOCIATE Basic Responsibilities
- Load, unload, trailers of product.
- Move boxes by hand or basic material handling equipment.
- Forklift Pallet Jack and Push Carts (will train).
- Weigh products, wrap goods and pack and unpack products.
- Process incoming requisitions which include, picking, checking and packing orders.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents.
- Maintain and organize inventory.
- Random cycle counting.
- Maintain organized, safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Other general warehouse duties as required.
Skills & Qualities
- Physically able to lift heavy shipments and products between 50-80 lbs.
- Will train on industrial lift trucks, pallet jack, and forklifts.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 1 year of related experience helpful,
- but not required as we will train.
- High school Diploma/GED
- Steel-toed safety boots.
- Must have reliable transportation.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE Basic Responsibilities
- Assembling and punching parts to complete manufacturing process for end users.
- Operating a pneumatic ratchet.
- Quality control/parts inspection.
Skills & Qualifications
- On site training will be provided
- Manufacturing experience and knowledge is helpful but not required
