JOB REQUIREMENTS * Highschool Graduate or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing desired.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Minimum 1 year of experience driving a fork truck or side lift truck
* Must be a team player, with a positive attitude, and willingness to do what's requested.
* Must be able to move or lift materials up to 50 pounds unassisted.
* Must be dependable, responsible and be able to work under pressure.
* Must be able to work overtime. JOB DESCRIPTION * Verify Work Orders are complete, correct, and weighed.
* Must have the ability to update shipping logs, download pictures and file work orders.
* Initiate drivers sign in and give loading instructions.
* Verify orders are complete and correct before loading the truck.
* Ability to take accurate and clear pictures as truck is being loaded.
* Work with team lead to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Keeps wrapping and banding area clear of completed finished goods.
* Safely unloads inbound freight and verifies shipment is correct and taken to proper designated area.
* Fills Scrap container with metal skids and reports when full.
* Will periodically be required to assist other departments with material handling needs.
* Will fulfill any and all tasks assigned by superiors. Position metrics This position is measured against missed or incorrect shipments. Keeping shipping area and all documentation organized. All responsibilities will be assessed by the Team lead and communicated to the employee to let them know their personal progress.
