Job Description:
  • Operate all required equipment proficiently (forklifts, scanners, box banders).
  • Accurately pull and pack orders.
  • Verify shipping and packaging instructions through SAP.
  • Package and Ship orders with the proper carrier and on time.
  • Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Process and receive air/ocean shipments within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate shipment pickups with carriers.
  • Generate electronic Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Complete daily freight spreadsheets and distribute them via email.
  • Lead and perform cycle counts and maintaining warehouse organization.
  • Report converting quality issues before order shipment.
  • Communicate with customer service regarding upcoming orders.
  • Foster a collaborative and safety-focused environment for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment focused on continuous improvement and safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills.
  • Continuous improvement: Maintain a process optimization mindset.
