SHIPPING AND RECEIVING COORDINATOR

Adina Reyter Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills and be passionate about creating and implementing new systems and processes.

Duties include but not limited to:

• order and data entry
• picking, packing, charging and shipping orders for both wholesale and retail customers
• processing repairs and returns
• receiving in, counting, and quality checking product
• bagging and tagging all product with correct style numbers
• assembling some beaded items
• inventory counts
• restocking supplies
• maintaining stockroom (organization and light cleaning)

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Familiarity with Quickbooks and Shopify platforms.

*This position is full time, on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA. Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on tasks, including light lifting, sorting through small jewelry items, taping and packing cartons, and being on their feet for extended periods.
