We are looking for a Shipper and Receiver to help support our team, maintain our inventory and department. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Responsibilities
- Maintain the inventory of the department
- Receive the daily order in the morning
- Help prep the wholesale parts for delivery
- Help deliver parts when necessary
- Put away parts in the proper locations
- Perform cycle counts of the parts bins
- Help maintain a clean department
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain daily bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Prepare and pull parts for a monthly return
- Send warranty parts and cores to Toyota when requested
- Assist the parts department when needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience (preferred)
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
